Harrison Ford was born July 13, 1942 in Chicago, Illinois. His mother's parents were Jewish immigrants from Belarus, and his father's parents were of Irish Catholic and German descent. When asked in an interview what religion he was raised, he joked, "Democrat." He moved to Los Angeles, California at the age of 22. He has two sons from his first wife, and a daughter and son from his second wife and has three grandchildren. He married Calista Flockhart in 2010 in Santa Fe, New Mexico. He is a close friend of Bill Clinton and has a species of spider and an ant species named after him.
