Dublin's Creative Quarter stretches from South William Street all the way to George's Street and from Lower Stephen's Street to Exchequer Street. The Quarter has a long history which dates back to the 18th century when one might find shops offering clothing and fabrics in the area.

But in 2012, the city rehabilitated the area, which is now a mix of small businesses, including many shops focused on design, artisan boutiques, stamps and coins, crystal, and galleries. Naturally, there are also restaurants, cafes, and other eateries.
