Schiller Park is a village in Cook County, Illinois. The land upon which Schiller Park now sits was granted to Che Che Pin Qua, the son of a Scottish trader and an Ottawa Indian, in recognition of the help he rendered settlers during the Fort Dearborn Massacre as well as in securing treaties between the United States government and the Ottawa Indians. Hostess invented the Twinkie in Schiller Park.
