The Perry Hotel was built in 1899, just four years after Petoskey was incorporated as a city. Stafford's Hospitality purchased the hotel in 1989, after which interior and exterior restorations were made, and the structure was listed on the National Register of Historic Sites, as well as the State Registry. Of the 21 hotels in operation in 1900, the Perry is the only one still in operation. Its history, guest rooms, lodging packages, and on-site dining are highlighted.

Terrace Inn and 1911 Restaurant, The
Constructed between 1910 and 1911, the business was originally owned by William J. And Josephine B. DeVol, but operated by Josephine, whose daughters worked at the inn until their father died in the 1940s. Temporarily used as a hospital during World War I, the inn reopened for tourists after the war.
