The small town of Drummond, Montana is in Granite County. The town is situated in a mountainous area that includes the Flint Creek Valley in southwestern Montana, with the Garnet Mountains nearby. Surrounding the town are several historic sites known for silver mining since the 1860s, and the well preserved old mining town, Garnet, can be found high in the mountains above Drummond. The town is located along I-90, southeast of Ozan and Bearmouth, and northwest of Goldcreek, with Hall to the southwest, along Highway 10A.
