Pronounced as "BYOO-na" by locals, Buena is a borough located in Atlantic County, New Jersey. Incorporated on September 1, 1948 by an Act of the New Jersey Legislature, from sections of Buena Vista Township, and was reincorporated on May 18, 1949.
