The borough of Oradell, in Bergen County, was originally formed as the borough of Delford, created from the names of its two principle communities: Oradell and New Milford. Its name was changed to Oradell in 1920. The New Jersey borough is a suburb of New York City, located northwest of midtown Manhattan.
