Sparks, Oklahoma is a small town between Meeker and Chandler, located on the Deep Fork River in eastern Lincoln County. The town is situated on land that was once part of the Sac and Fox Reservation, which was dissolved in 1890. Its post office was established in 1902, and the town was named for George T. Sparks, a director of the Fort Smith and Western Railroad.
