North Bend is a city in Coos County, Oregon. Surrounded on three sides by Coos Bay, an S-shaped estuary where the Coos River enters Coos Bay on the Pacific Ocean, bordering the City of Coos Bay to the south. The city was incorporated in 1903. The seat of the Coquille Indian Tribe's government is located in North Bend, recognized by the United States as a sovereign tribe of Native Americans.
