Incorporated in 1911, Paisley is a small city in Lake County, Oregon. The town is thought to have been named for Paisley, Scotland. Charles Mitchell Innes, an early settler, and Samuel G. Steele, Paisley's first postmaster, were both natives of Scotland. Paisley is home to the annual Mosquito Festival.
