Drums, Pennsylvania, is located west of the Poconos in Butler Township, Luzerne County. Named after Philip Drum who established a wool processing mill along the Little Nescopeck River, it is approximately 90 minutes drive to either Philadelphia as well as to New York. It is the former home of character actor Jack Palance.
