Great list, but since your post seems at least partially geared to newbies, I was surprised that you did not warn your readers about the well known limits of automated accessibility testing (for example see http://www.webcredible.co.uk/user-friendly-resources/web-accessibility/automated-tools.shtml)

I’ve found BrowserShots to be incredible slow, 2 hours later, and I’m still waiting for the job to complete. Instead I signed up for a group purchase of BrowserCam – $25 (US dollar) for the year, and I have access to all the browsers I need remotely.
