Rogers, Arkansas, is located in Benton County. During the Civil War, Rogers was in the crossfire between the Confederate and Union armies. Rogers was founded as a stop along the Frisco Railroad (the St. Louis and San Francisco) in 1881, and was named for Captain Charles Warrington Rogers, the general manager of the Frisco.
