Incorporated in 1919, White is a small city in Bartow County, Georgia. Its topography is characterized by steep ridges, and broad valleys surrounding the Etowah River, which flows through the city. Cartersville is located eight miles southwest of white, and the two cities are connected by homes and retail shops.
