Casco is a community in south-central Casco Township, St. Clair County, in the lower Thumb region of Michigan's Lower Peninsula.

Casco is one in four unincorporated communities within the township, the others being Peters to the southeast, Adair to the north-northeast, and Muttonville to the northwest. Although there are no clearly defined boundaries to the community, it is about eight miles from New Baltimore and Richmond, nine miles from New Haven, eleven from Marine City, and thirteen from St. Clair.

The community takes its name from the township, which was itself named for Casco, Maine, the hometown of Captain John Clark, an early settler in the community. Dennis Bates, William Fenton, and James Reynolds were among those who settled in the region prior to 1840. A post office was established on August 14, 1854, with Stephen A. Fenton as postmaster.

The unincorporated village of Casco, Michigan is the focus of this category but, lacking defined boundaries, online resources with the address of Casco are appropriate for this category.
