The focus of this portion of our guide is on topics related to faith, religion, and spirituality in Norway, Michigan.
For the most part, these consist of ministries and places of worship within the city, and they are likely to be Christian churches, as no other religions have a significant presence within the city.
A recent survey suggested that residents of Norway are considerably more religious than those in the average Michigan or American community. While 41.9% of respondents in Michigan and 49.4% of those in the United States cited an affiliation with a religion, 67.4% of those in Norway were religious.
More than half of those were Catholics, who were followed distantly by the Lutherans, and more distantly by the Methodists, Baptists, Presbyterians, Pentecostals, Mormons, and Episcopalians, although three percent indicated an affiliation with Protestant denominations that were not part of the survey, or with various non-denominational Protestant churches.
Regardless of the religion, denomination, or sect, websites representing places of worship or ministries in Norway are appropriate for this category.
