Situated in northeastern Bentley Township, Rhodes, Michigan is an unincorporated community in southeast Gladwin County.

The community was named for an early settler, lumberman, and postmaster. The settlement was founded by Murray Bentley Rhodes, who was named postmaster when the office was established on December 21, 1889. Today, the Rhodes post office serves most of Bentley Township.
Rhodes was a station stop on the Michigan Central Railroad.
