Billings is a small city in Christian County, Missouri. The city was platted in 1872, and named for a man who contributed one thousand dollars to the Union Church. Leon Rausch, a vocalist with the Bob Willis & the Texas Playboys band, was born in Billings. The city is situated along US Highway 60 in southern Missouri, east of McKinley, northeast of Logan and Marionville, northwest of Clever, and southwest of Republic.
