Isabella is an unincorporated town in Ozark County, in southern Missouri, near the Arkansas border. Its post office was established in 1856. The community is located along US Highway 160, south of the Mark Twain National Forest. Bull Shoals Lake is to the west, southwest, and south of the town. The communities of Locust and Hardenville are east of Isabella, Ocie is to the west, Pontiac to the south, Longrun to the northwest, and Nottinghill to the north.
