Founded in 1845, the city of Maysville, Missouri is the county seat of DeKalb County. Accessed by Missouri Route 6, Missouri Route A, and Missouri Route 33, Maysville is west of Weatherby, east of Oak, northeast of Amity, northwest of Fordham, south of Fairport, southeast of Winslow, and southwest of Santa Rosa.
