Founded in 1893, Spokane is an unincorporated community in Christian County, Missouri. The town is closely associated with Highlandville, to the north, with the two communities sharing a school district and chamber of commerce. Other surrounding communities include Ponce de Leon to the west, Abesville to the southwest, Chestnutridge and Saddlebrooke to the southeast, and Green Mound Ridge to the northeast.
