Wyckoff is an affluent residential community in Bergen County, New Jersey. Until it was incorporated as a township in 1926, and beginning in the mid-1700s, what is now Wyckoff was a neighborhood in Franklin Township. Prior to that time, it was part of Saddle River Township. Beginning in the 1840s, several independent municipalities were created from parts of Franklin Township, and Wyckoff was created from what was left, replacing Franklin Township. Wyckoff is north of Midland Park, east of Franklin Lakes, west of Waldwick, and south of Ramsey.
