North Creek is a hamlet in the town of Johnsburg, in Warren County, New York. The original terminus of the Adirondack Railway, it was the the station at North Creek that then Vice President Theodore Roosevelt rode from Mount Darcy upon learning of the death of President William McKinley in 1901. Today, the area is mostly known for its skiing, hiking and other outdoor recreational activities.
