The village of Kittrell is in Vance County, North Carolina. Chartered in 1885, the community grew from a railroad depot by the name of Kittrell’s Depot in 1860, named for George KIttrell, who donated land for the station. Kittrell is south of Henderson and South Henderson, and southeast of Oxford.
