Founded in 1905 by brothers, Theodore and Cecil Taylor, Garrison is a city in McLean County, although it was first incorporated as a village in 1907, becoming a city in 1916. Garrison is north of Lake Audubon and Fort Stevenson State Park, and east of Emmet.
