Incorporated in 1883, Andover is a village in southeast Ashtabula County, Ohio. Supporting a regional tourism industry, Andover is the nearest village to the Ohio side of Pymatuning State Park. Established in 1815, the community was first known as Sharon, which was changed to Andover in 1826, named for a township by that name in Connecticut.
