The unincorporated town of Breezewood is situated in Bedford County, Pennsylvania. Beginning in the American Revolution, the town was a stop for travelers. It was a stop for Conestoga wagons for westward-bound travelers. In 1913, the town became a stop for travelers on the Lincoln Highway, and in 1935, Greyhound opened one of its Post House facilities.
