There are Evangelical Presbyterian Churches in many parts of the world, including Australia, Bolivia, Chile, England and Wales, Ghana, Ireland, Malawi, Myanmar, Peru, Portugal, Ukraine, and the United States.

The original Evangelical Presbyterian Church, established in 1956, became part of the Presbyterian Church in America after a series of mergers.

The Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Australia was founded in 1961 and was known as the Reformed Evangelical Church until 1966. Its ministers train at the Seminary of the Protestant Reformed Churches in Michigan, although they differ somewhat in theology.

The Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Bolivia was founded by Korean missionaries in 1983, and is a part of the World Communion of Reformed Churches.

The Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Chile separated from the Presbyterian Church in Chile in 1972, and is associated with the Presbyterian Church (USA) and the World Communion of Reformed Churches.

Established in 1987, the Evangelical Presbyterian Church in England and Wales also has member congregations in Sweden and Germany. It is one of three members of the International Conference of Reformed Churches from Great Britain, and one of the seven founders of the European Conference of Reformed Churches.

The Evangelical Presbyterian Church, Ghana, was the result of the work of German missionaries in 1847. It is a member of the World Communion of Reformed Churches.

Found only in Northern Ireland, the Evangelical Presbyterian Church (Ireland) is the smallest of the Presbyterian bodies in Ireland. Formed as the Irish Evangelical Church in 1927, the body played a role in the development of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church of England and Wales, with which it remains in close fellowship.

The Evangelical Presbyterian Church of Myanmar was founded in 1983, and is a member of the World Reformed Fellowship and the World Communion of Reformed Churches.

Established by missionaries from the Free Church of Scotland, the Evangelical Presbyterian and Reformed Church in Peru was originally known as the Evangelical Presbyterian Church of Peru, taking its current name after a merger in 1995. It is a member of the World Reformed Fellowship.

The Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Portugal was formed in 1944, and is the oldest non-Catholic church in Portugal.

Incorporated in 2008, the Evangelical Presbyterian Church of Ukraine was founded through the work of Presbyterian Church in America missionaries in the early 1990s.

The Evangelical Presbyterian Church (United States) was formed through a series of prayer meetings in 1980 and 1981, largely through pastors and elders within the United Presbyterian Church in the United States of America, who were concerned about growing liberalism, particularly those who were upset because of that body's refusal to ordain an applicant who objected to the ordination of women.

This denomination holds to the essential doctrines of Christianity while allowing for liberty in non-essential matters.

The EPC (United States) refers to itself as "Reformed in doctrine, presbyterian in polity, and evangelical in spirit." The Church has a strong evangelical and church-planting emphasis

It adheres to the Westminster Confession and its catechisms.

The EPC (United States) is more conservative than the Presbyterian Church (USA) in areas of theology but more moderate than the Presbyterian Church in America, the Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church, and the Orthodox Presbyterian Church. As such, its positions are similar to that of ECO: A Covenant Order of Evangelical Presbyterians.

The Church rejects same-sex marriage and does not consider itself to be "welcoming and affirming" of LGBTQ issues. It does affirm the possible leadership of women, considering the ordination of women to be a non-essential matter that may be left up to the local church session. Few of its churches are led by a woman as senior pastor, however.

The EPC is more tolerant of the charismatic movement than other conservative Presbyterian bodies.

The Evangelical Presbyterian Church (United States) is a member of the World Communion of Reformed Churches.

Although the various Presbyterian bodies identified as the Evangelical Presbyterian Church are not one theologically or in practice, English-language sites representing any of these denominations or bodies are appropriate for this category.

Denominational sites, as well as those representing regional bodies or affiliated ministries, programs, associations, or corporations, may be submitted to this category, as well as unaffiliated informational sites. Websites representing local congregations should be submitted to the Local & Global category representing the geographic location of the church, however.
