Frankenmuth Historical Association
Established to preserve, communicate, and celebrating the heritage of Frankenmuth, Michigan, the Association operates a seven-gallery museum detailing the city's history and development, collections of thousands of artifacts and documents, an education department, and a gift shop, as well as the historic Fischer Hall, attached to the museum, where various events are hosted, and an authentic log house on the outskirts of town.

Frankenmuth James E. Wickson District Library
Situated on South Franklin Street in Frankenmuth, Michigan, the library was established in 1971 by the Frankenmuth Women's Club, which operated as a department of the city until 2008, when the Frankenmuth City Hall and the Frankenmuth School District formed the current district library system. The Bavarian Festival began in 1959 as a collaboration with the grand opening celebration of the Bavarian-style addition to Fischer's Hotel on Main Street in Frankenmuth, Michigan by William Zehnder. The event celebrates the German heritage of the community through Bavarian music performed by bands in Bavarian dress, and through two parades, Bavarian dances, and venues selling several varieties of German cuisine and desserts, as well as imported and domestic beer.

Zehnder's Splash Village Hotel & Waterpark
Built on the site of the former Exchange Hotel, built in 1856, Zehnder's opened for business in 1929. Currently featuring 178 guest accommodations, including 74 suites, two in-house restaurants, two indoor waterparks, and a wide variety of family activities and attractions, as well as a bakery, gift shop, an 18-hole golf course, and pro-shop, and spaces for meetings and events.
